   Quality, Service, Professionalism

   After spending weeks trying to find a company that could build a custom wall unit, I was constantly reminded how poor the level of communication and professionalism is in Miami… until I discovered VelArt. From the second I spoke with the administrative assistant, Irina, I knew I found the company that was going to create a special piece for my home. She was extremely friendly and communicative. Her follow-up was excellent and she instantly made me feel comfortable.

   After speaking with Irina and receiving a fair quote, I made an appointment with the owner/designer, Michael. He was just incredible to work with! He took his time to help select the right materials and create a beautiful, highly detailed 3D rendering. He even came to my house with samples, used his vision and decades of experience, to deliver a magnificent wall unit. You just know when speaking to him, he is so passionate about his craft and takes immense pride in his work!

   The quality of materials used and level of craftmanship is even more than I dreamed of. Everything from the console to wood slats was cut by hand to absolute preciseness.

   The most amazing thing about this project is that there’s actually a window behind the slats. They designed this unit to be able to open and close so we didn’t seal it off completely. It was something that other companies said couldn’t be done, but they did it. It’s an engineering marvel that could only be done by the very best!

   The level at which VelArt operates is just far superior to any company I have dealt with in the past. Even the team that came to my house (Sergio and Roman) were so friendly and unbelievably talented. They were there from morning to night and even came back the next day to finish it. Roman even noticed an issue with my sink and offered to fix it at no charge. This is the type of class and professionals you are working with.

   If you are looking for top-tier quality, customer service, communication, and professionalism at an excellent price, you must work with VelArt. I cannot thank them enough for delivering my dream wall unit. They went above and beyond and have earned a customer for life. I look forward to working with them for my next project!
