After doing a backyard rehab we wanted to add a BBQ island to make it complete. We chose Vista due to their proximity to our house. We went in and they were very friendly and helpful. Adam listened to what we wanted and drew up a computer generated picture that looked exactly like our yard. Adam did a decent job of explaining everything but definitely over-promised some stuff. He said they would start fabricating the next week when in fact it was a few weeks, Adam dropped the ball on a few follow up things and wasn’t very good at communicating. That was a disappointment but Tristan by default took over and helped us out. I spoke with the big boss and he made things right as well. Overall everyone that came to the house was on time and easy to work with. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was as they found it. The counter top was done by a separate person but he was a great recommendation. If you go that route ask for Jeff Hammond.
Overall very pleased with the outcome and level of service even with some of the hiccups.
The team at vista came through in the clutch for us. We needed an outdoor kitchen set up built quickly and on a budget in time for a big party being held at my house. Ryan really helped explain all our options and showed me the different quality of the BBQS. His design ideas were great and he quickly showed us a 3d model of what could be built in our budget They were able to fit us in between two other projects they had going and finished up 2 days early. Tristen managed the construction part of it and really kept things moving smoothly. We really appreciate you guys working with us. BBQ at my house to celebrate with pics to come! Thaks again guys!
Ryan and Tristan are awesome !!! Ryan designed our outdoor kitchen. We could not be any more happy – looks great and everything is just perfect. The guys that installed were the best !!! If looking for outdoor kitchen – you better look these guys up !!!!!
From the minute we stepped into their show room, we were helped by Ryan, who listened to what our outside barbeque needs were. Great service, reasonable pricing and wonderful follow-up. Very happy with our new outside barbeque/bar. Highly recommend Vista BBQ Outfitters! AND Ryan!
Tristen did us good! He delivered exactly how he designed our bbq project. He gave us options and his opinion on the appliances to buy . He is very knowledgable on building out a customized backyard barbecue . The framer did an excellent job all the way to the manual labor to building the barbecue in the backyard. They took their time to make sure everything was done perfect. Nothing was rushed and all done on our time schedule. Appliances all fit perfectly into the customized barbecue! Tristen met ALL My expectations for the completion of the barbecue. I had shopped two other barbecue companies but found The pricing was competative and fair with Vista and we decided to go with Vista due to Tristen being more responsive and truly caring what we wanted . Thanks Tristen for making this whole thing go smooth from start to finish .
