   I couldn’t ask for a better experience. We have always had hot tubs and thoroughly enjoy them. We decided to go with Jacuzzi this time based on their reputation and quality. Our experience started with visiting Zen Outdoors and meeting Pedro. He explained Bob would be arriving to the store soon and offered to help us with any information he could. Pedro was extremely knowledgeable and helped answer every question we had. We had to leave for a bit and come back. On our return visit we met Bob and he picked up where Pedro left off. Answering every question we had and making us feel at ease. We left to go look at other hot tub stores but we already knew we would be purchasing from Bob. None of the other places came close to the experience we received from Zen Outdoors! It was smooth sailing once we purchased. Bob got us scheduled very fast and made the delivery experience enjoyable. Bob has since followed up twice with us to make sure we are 100% satisfied. I can’t say enough about our great experience from Bob and Pedro from Zen Outdoors.

   I met Bob at a business networking event. He asked me about my outdoor entertainment set up. I explained what I had and what events and gatherings I host. Within 48 hours he sent me a Blueprint design of what he recommended, and from start to finish, it was on point. Below budget, and the continued follow up care is second to none. I love my outdoor entertainment and the new pizza oven is a hit. Thanks Bob Buch and Zen Outdoor for a great addition.

   Another five stars for Bob. I had an issue with a grill I had purchased from Zen Outdoor. Reached out to Bob, he reached out to the distributor to find out the part was not available. He was able to get the grill replaced, no cost to me.
