Herbert is hands down the best pest service technician we’ve ever had! He is always professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing, answers all of our questions, and makes sure every concern is addressed before he leaves.
You can tell he truly cares about doing a great job and making his customers feel comfortable and taken care of. Since Herbert has been servicing our home, we’ve had zero pest issues — and that peace of mind is priceless!

Customer service was wonderful! The process was smooth and straight forward! Darren was very informative, knowledgeable and went above and beyond explaining treatment. Josh is the best. We’ve had him for several years and can even trust him completely when we are gone. And he is so thorough. Being in Arizona, we really are spraying here because of tiny scorpions. Even my neighbor say they’ve never had to spray because we are doing it to the condo next door to theirs.
Bill and his partner were great@ very courteous, restful and pleasant. Explained everything they were going to do, gave safety information, cleaned everything up neat and tidy. Very efficient and didn’t waste time. I would recommend Bill and Action to anyone!

I had a great experience with both Andy and Darren.
Andy did the inspection and was very thorough! He carefully checked where the termites were coming from and clearly explained the activity and the treatment options. He also took the time to explain which approach would be best for our home.
Darren did the treatment today and was also very professional and detailed. He walked around the whole house, worked carefully, and explained what we should do after the treatment and what to expect going forward. I really appreciated both of their professionalism and clear explanations.
