This was our initial treatment and we appreciated being serviced by Jeremy, the owner. He patiently answered all of our questions regarding: our homes’s specific needs and pest experience, then treated our premises based on need. Accordingly, we elected to subscribe to the quarterly plan and will look forward to seeing a relatively past free home over time. Initial contact, scheduling and treatment has gone well.
We received our first service today. Patrick McG was our technician. He followed all the directions provided to enter the gated community. He introduced himself and described what he would be doing. He noted the large number of plants in the backyard and indicated he would be using a hand sprayer for the back. He donned booties to spray the inside of the house. After the service was done he notified us and took our payment. Really impressed. Glad we made the switch.
In the past I’ve had good service from this company, but not this year. This year. I waited and waited for workman to ring the bell and let me know he was here. He never did. When I mentioned it to the owner, instead of understanding that this should be part of the service–letting people know when they’re there–he sent me a map and said that the service had been completed. He totally ignored the fact that the workman should have let me know when he was here, when he started, and when he finished. There is no excuse for bad customer service, and no excuse for trying to justify a bad experience.
If you are shopping around for quality pest control, look no further! I called several places (went down the list of “top rated” pest control according to google) before reaching Advantage Pest & Weed Control, and I’m so happy I found this business! Firstly, there was NO PRESSURE to enroll in a service contract. I spoke with Brianne (hopefully I spelled her name correctly) and she simply laid out the service plans and let me choose what was best for me. The rates are competitive with the other local services, in fact they were less expensive than most. They also guarantee their work! I chose a one-time service as I had been noticing oriental roaches since moving into my new house. I have a 30 day guarantee so they will come back to spot treat at no charge if needed. Jacob was the technician who came out to treat my house. He was on time, professional, and knowledgeable about the pest he was treating. He was also very thorough, making sure to get the areas outside the house where the insects tend to congregate. It’s been several days and not a pest to be seen! Very happy customer and I would gladly use them again!
Advantage Pest Control has been fantastic from the start. Had some issues with roaches in/around our house last month and after an initial visit saw immediate results. We signed up for a quarterly spraying and had our 2nd visit today. Mark is a true professional and outstanding representation of the company as a whole.
