They sell native/drought hardy grass seeds by the lbs, in bins with a scoop like you see at some grocery stores, so you can choose the amount you get rather than buying a pre-bagged amount. I havent seen such a setup at any of our other local nurseries, so I thought that was cool.
The place has a more compact/organized feel to it, which makes it easy to browse their selection in a timely fashion. Like every nursery here, there are certain species and plant varieties they carry that other places dont. It was very well stocked when I visited compared to the other nurseries I had been to that day.
Also had some cute watering cans like a duck watering can and a fish watering can. And a watering can painted with a character from a webcomic I read, so that was quite a surprise to see!
I spoke to a very knowledgable woman who was very nice. She helped me find the right gift for someone special. If you haven’t stopped by here before you definitely should. They have a great selection!
They had a few plants we haven’t seen anywhere else, which was really cool. Plus, the staff was super friendly and welcoming the whole time.
We went in looking for Christmas gifts and were unsure what we wanted so Sarah suggested we make our own terrarium and we did! We had so much fun! She helped us with the first one and even played with our little one while my honey and I made one together! We will definitely be back ❤️
We’ve been to a few other greenhouse/nurseries in the area and this is one the best in our opinion. They have a really great selection and most of the plants are not just surviving, but thriving.
The house plant section is where we spent most of our time and they have a few things that we haven’t encountered at other places.
The staff was also very friendly to us.
