I’m incredibly grateful to Ian and the entire Atco team for overseeing a complex pest cleanup and remediation at our home. Ian’s thorough prep work and consistent follow-up were pivotal to the success of the job. My husband, who was very ill at the time, trusted Ian completely and felt confident that as long as Ian was leading the project, it would be handled correctly. At this stage, Ian’s continued oversight remains crucial to the remaining success of the job.
This took place during a very difficult period. Benita, the scheduler, was thoughtful, helpful, and caring, and the crew who worked on our home for over a week were respectful, kind, and diligent. Clear communication and genuine compassion made a stressful situation manageable. HIs honesty and willingness to go above and beyond, was the one thing that made this work at all possible during this challenging time. I highly recommend Ian and the Atco team.
All of the staff I encountered Andy, Angel, Jimmy and Jonathan did a thorough job of checking everything and explaining the process. The methods ATCO uses truly is the best since the problem is getting solve finally after trying other service.
These are true professionals that have provided solutions to a problem that’s not easy to manage.
We have used ATCO for years. We have had a technician named Peter for the past several visits. Peter provides a very thorough and excellent service for us. He takes his time and goes above and beyond.
I use ATCO Pest because it’s local, I get solid tech service, and if I have an issue, they can be here within the week.
We live in a spider typhoon, so having them out bi-monthly keeps everyone happy!
Ian has consistently been super great. Patient, takes care in going through all the details, and does a great job in explaining everything to us too. He’s a genuinely nice guy and I feel very comfortable trusting him with all the help he’s given us!
