Our technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He asked questions regarding seeing any pests so he could concentrate on targeting them. After he was done he explained what areas he treated. All in all we were very happy having this technician service our home.
I reached out via the ThumbTack app and was able to get an appointment scheduled the same week. Jacob was able to take care of the bee hive and laid out the expectations of the actions he was going to take and steps that I should take to avoid having the bees come back. All in all, great service, rapid response, and excellent communication! I’d highly recommend them if you’re in need of pest control!
Brian with Colt Pest Control was incredibly responsive and professional. The technician arrived on time, identified the problem quickly and completed the pest control treatment efficiently. I appreciated how reliable the service was and how promptly they answered my questions. The whole experience was smooth and I feel confident the issue is solved. Brian is incredible and the only reason I am hesitant to switch because of his level of customer service. A+++ Brian is a super star and whatever he is getting paid is not enough.
I was not home at the time of the technician visit. My wife informed me that the tech was super kind and informative. He did a very thorough job. Their prices are reasonable and they were even early for their appointment. Hopefully no more critters so i can enjoy the home i just purchased and can remain a happy beeline customer. Thanks guys
