   Michael is our favorite technician for our quarterly service due to his congeniality. Today, however, he sprayed product all over our windows. This has never happened before and I’m not sure what prompted controlling insects in glass. To make it worse, i just had them cleaned and now i have to have them cleaned again ($) before family comes in for the holidays.

   I had a great experience with this pest control company! Ronnie was my technician, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly before getting started. He was very thorough with the treatment and made sure all of my concerns were addressed.

   What really stood out was Ronnie’s attention to detail and friendly attitude. He made the whole process stress-free and gave me helpful tips to prevent future issues. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right.

   Highly recommend this company — and definitely ask for Ronnie if you can!

   Kiley came to assess if there was a rodent issue in the rain gutters. He was professional and easy to talk to. A good representative of your company! He explained everything to my 94 year old neighbor very thoroughly and she was eager to get started with her contract and was happy with the reasonable price. She feels confident that the problem will be resolved. We believe Kiley deserves recognition for his good work ethic. Many thanks!

   I have used Berrett Pest Control for many years and have always been very satisfied with their service. My longtime technician retired, and after a short break from service, I reactivated my account when I moved into a new home. Tyre serviced my house and absolutely lived up to the high standard set by his predecessor. He was friendly, attentive to my concerns, and took the time to explain everything, which made me feel very comfortable. We even had some great conversation, which is always a bonus. I will continue using Berrett Pest Control and would confidently recommend them to anyone in need of pest services.

They were able to provide same-day service, which was greatly appreciated. Their treatments are safe for our dogs, which gave me additional piece of mind.
