   I attempted to renew my medical card. I had done this through them two years ago and had left a review that my card came the next day, but what actually happened is they sent me something from blooming cactus, not the state. It had NOT been renewed by the state and they actually put it in days after it had expired so it ended up being a new application not a renewal and I didn’t have the same number and I couldn’t use my old card. I made an appointment yesterday. They made me call back to pay before I was supposed to have my phone call appointment. But nobody ever called me. So I called them. They said she was running late, but that’s why appointments are made, I shouldn’t be taken advantage of because they either purposely overbooked or just don’t know how to schedule. Patients have other appointments and work to get to also! 45 minutes later and still no call so I called to get a refund for my money and they’re trying to say it’s gonna take 7 to 10 business days, which is not true. No manager is in today he said. AS OF RIGHT NOW NO REFUND AND NO CALLS BACK FROM THEM. I also recorded the call and their conversation because I wasn’t put on hold.
   Update!!! I received a call from Adam the owner 5 minutes after leaving this review. Not knowing I had left it! He was able to put me on IMMEDIATELY with Nicole for my appointment. I do believe that there was a miscommunication and the staff told me she was just running late, but she was actually on the phone with the state about my renewal. He even gave me a discount!! I’m just so RELIEVED AND APPRECIATIVE of Adam!!

   Incredibly thoughtful and caring. This office had been outstanding when it comes to patient care and development. Their staff and admin have outshined and truly surpassed the expectation most have for health care…both psychiatric and clinical. I highly recommend them for those looking for a provider.🙌🙌

   I scheduled a facial with Mikayla after finding her on tik tok! She was professional, kind, and explained each part of the facial. Super relaxing and I left feeling great & glowy! Will definitely be back! Book with her 🙂

   I just wanted to go on here and thank my provider Nicole M for helping me with my health journey. She was very knowledgeable and willing to actually listen when I had any questions. You don’t see that with many providers. I will be coming back and will recommend my family seeing her.

   I used to get my hormone pellets here but the dosage was inadequate so I had to go elsewhere because I was spending too much money to still feel unwell. When my insurance company changed and I could no longer go to Presbyterian for primary care, Nicole offered to be my primary. Since she’s been my primary, I had to see her 5 times last year to get my refills. I’ve never had a primary care provider make me see them that often so I told them I felt I was being taken advantage of and they politely insinuated I go somewhere else. Still, no refills and I’m out of state because my husband had a transplant and we are required to stay here for 6 weeks. They blamed it on controlled substance policies, but I’m talking about my thyroid and asthma medication not a controlled substance. Whether I’m being taken advantage of I don’t know. I really liked Nicole and this clinic. But I used to be a nurse so in my opinion this isn’t right. .
