   Taz is an excellent employee, he is very knowledgeable, professional and always ask if there is anything else he can do. I love having the same person come each time especially when I’m not at home. If I’m not at home he always lets me know what he has done.

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Wes Reed at Capalito!

   Wes Reed was absolutely awesome! He texted me the day before to confirm our appointment and followed up on the two issues I mentioned. When he arrived, he was fully prepared, professional, and remembered exactly what we had discussed. I showed him the problem areas, and he immediately spotted the hornet’s nest on the ground — he knew exactly what to do and handled it quickly and safely.

   I really appreciated Wes’s communication, preparedness, and attention to detail. It’s rare to find someone who combines great customer service with top-notch expertise. Highly recommend Wes Reed and the Capalito team!

   I noticed that someone from this company welcomed themselves into my backyard without my permission. I have never done business with this company in my life. The previous owner of this property had a termite bond which expired months ago and has not been renewed, so they had absolutely no business entering my property, especially without my consent. I have a dog that could’ve gotten loose if he were outside, so this is extremely concerning.
   Since I was looking to get a termite bond on my home anyway, I called them to see if they waive the inspection, as it was already done for the previous bond that lapsed. You would think they wouldn’t mind working with me considering they violated my property, but no, apparently that’s too much to ask. Also, they claimed to have tried getting in contact with me a week before entering my property. No one left a notice on the door or anything, so did they really even try before taking the liberty of opening my back gate and digging up dirt in my front and back yard? Beyond unprofessional.

   I’ve been a loyal customer of Capelouto — at my home and office — for more than three decades. They have always provided outstanding, reliable and responsive service, both for routine maintenance and for special treatment when emergencies have occurred. I’m especially appreciative of our technician, Julio, who has been truly amazing and a joy to work with. Sadly, he has left the company and relocated. But, his successor, Eddie, paid us his first visit recently and I’m very pleased and impressed.
