Alfredo was our inspector. He was professional, friendly, responsive and not pushy. He was also detailed oriented and answered all my questions related to the products and process. We would use their service again because of him and the crew who were all super friendly. Thank you again. They just did their service a week ago.
My Dewey Reps have always stayed in touch to see if there’s anything else we need, if there’s anything going on in between servicing the property and keeping pests away. They also ask in advance if we need additional pest control inside. No complaints.
We used to always see these big huge water bugs or cockroaches I’m not sure which. I think it was due to a lot of the building going on in the area but haven’t noticed any of those for over a year now. The building hasn’t stopped…

Dewey has always been reliable and responsive to our needs. Prices are reasonable, and billing is simplified. We’ve been with Dewey for many years and will continue with them for many more.
Just had Dewey out to help after we saw a cockroach in our home. They were fast and responsive. The pest controller they sent out, Javier, was fantastic. He was very friendly and helpful. Explained the situation to me, and provided a light-touch spray, since we’d remediated the issue (a leak under our sink). He also helped spray and remove a wasp nest outside our front door I’d been meaning to get to. He was clearly very knowledgeable and experienced besides just being a really nice guy. I highly recommend Dewey (and asking for Javier!).
