We have been using Earthwise in Woodland for a while now and this is the best Pest Management service we have ever had. Today I was having an ant issue and their employee Seth came out right away since he was in the area. He is our usual technician and always does a great job on the outside wiping cobwebs and always asking if there’s anything else we need. Ashley always gives great customer service on the phone also. Ten stars but I can only leave five.
We have been with Earthwise almost 5 years…The technicians are great!! Customer oriented, we always receive exceptional service. Office personnel extremely helpful, they always try to accommodate their customer’s schedule as well …We’re pest FREE!!!
Very satisfied with Earthwise Pest Control! We’ve been customers since 2021. If you live in the Roseville area, we always appreciate when Zach comes by! He is very pleasant to work with, listens attentively and addresses our concerns, and always willing to help. He is thorough and always provides a detailed follow up after the visit. He has a good eye – just when I think I found all the wasp nests, he finds even more & gets ride of them! I appreciate the care he puts into cleaning around the kids’ playground, ensuring it’s a safe space to play that’s free of spiders and critters. I also love that we can request unlimited visits if needed, on top of the standard quarterly visits. We are highly satisfied customers!
We have been using Earthwise for about two years. Great service and very happy. We really like that they have the option of using plant-based products most of the time, but anls have ac was to synthetic products when needed. Focus on prevention with the skills to handle an immediate issue. The few times we have had a major issue, they were quick to help us solve the problem and get back down ton management levels. Our technician Coby is always thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. The few times we have had a major ant issue, he was able to come out and provide product, bait traps, and guidance to quickly and skillfully knock back the problem to a more manageable level. With great service and a monthly fee under $80, highly recommended Earthwise and Coby!
Seth was very knowledgeable and checked all our entrances for mice there were 2. He was very thorough in checking all of our traps and replaced them. He is a asset to your company. Earthwise is a great company and sent a tech out right away.
