When we first signed up with HomeShield we met with Shawn who went out of his way to make sure my mom was completely satisfied with their service. Today my mom met with Marcus and he was an exact representation of Shawn and the HomeShield commitment to Service. Marcus followed up to the property several days later to make sure the problem areas were taken care of. She was really happy with Shawn, and now just as happy with Marcus. I got three different inspections/quotes from three different companies when I found termite damage on my property and Luis at HomeShield was by far the most thorough, communicative, and helpful. Though HomeShield’s quote wasn’t the lowest, Luis worked with me to make sure I got what I needed at a price that made sense and he made sure to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. All the technicians they sent were on time, gave me a heads-up when they were on their way, and did quick and professional work. Daniel was especially helpful explaining and executing the subterranean treatment and Rudy went above and beyond repairing the damaged woodwork. Appreciate them all and will definitely use them again if/when needed!
My husband and I just started using HomeShield Pest Control and they have been great! When I first called, they were very thorough in their explanation of the services that would be done and they worked with me on the price. Also, Brian was our technician and he was awesome! He was very friendly, thorough, and answered all of our questions. We are so happy we decided to go with HomeShield and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for pest control services!
Marcus Pamilton did a great job servicing our home. He was friendly, knowledgable, and was even able to get the cobwebs 2 stories up under my front porch! Highly recommend him.
Braden did an excellent job inspecting our house. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain what he was looking for and what we should keep an eye on. He answered all of our questions clearly and made the whole process easy and reassuring. Highly recommend working with him!
