   We’ve had a great experience with HomeShield Pest Control! They come out regularly for maintenance, and it gives us so much peace of mind knowing our home is being consistently taken care of.

   Our technician, Isaiah Kelly, is always professional, friendly, and thorough. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing, answers any questions we have, and makes sure everything is handled properly before leaving. You can tell he truly cares about doing a good job.

   Highly recommend this company if you’re looking for reliable, consistent pest control with excellent customer service!

   Jordan from Home Shield did a fantastic job today! He was professional, friendly, and very thorough while treating our home for ants and spiders. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all of our questions, and made sure every area of concern was addressed. The service was efficient, clean, and stress-free. We really appreciate his attention to detail and great customer service. Highly recommend Jordan and Home Shield!

   My technician, Roberto, texted me 30 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on his way, which I really appreciated.
   When he got here, he began with a clear inspection under the house, then moved to the attic, and finished with the exterior. He was polite, efficient, and explained what he was doing and what he was looking for throughout the process. He provided a clear proposal at the end and shook my hand before leaving.
   So far, I’m very impressed with the service. If the work and follow-up go as smoothly as the inspection, I’ll be very pleased.

   Isaiah Kelly serviced our property for our regular scheduled maintenance for the first time this week. He was really friendly, listened to my concerns for pests around my property and also informed me of other services included in our service package that I wasn’t aware of previously. My husband and I look forward to having him help us again in the future. Overall we’ve really enjoyed having Home Sheild especially with the ants that like to come out after rain no matter how spotless we keep our home! Frustrating to deal with ants but since that is the only real pest issue we’ve really had since using Home Sheild we’re pretty happy! Would recommend to anyone.

   I’ve been using this company for a few years, and I’m completely pleased with their service. The communication from the technicians is great. I know when they will arrive at my home, and the service is thorough. The technicians are ALWAYS courteous and pleasant.
