   I’ve been a customer of HomeShield Pest Control for about three years, and unfortunately my overall experience has been disappointing.

   To be fair, the technicians generally arrived on time and did come out when I called about issues. The problem, however, is that the service always felt transactional rather than solution-oriented. The call center and field staff seemed to follow a checklist, but not truly understand or care about whether the pest problem was actually resolved.

   Last year I had a persistent pest issue and contacted them multiple times. Although visits were scheduled, no one followed up to confirm whether the problem was fixed — and it wasn’t. I ultimately had to figure out the solution myself while still paying a $170 service charge on top of quarterly payments. There are also strict limitations on what they will or won’t treat, which makes the service feel expensive for the value provided.

   Customer support appears heavily focused on billing rather than outcomes. I never felt like anyone owned my case or tried to make sure the pests were actually gone — just that a visit happened. When I finally cancelled service, there was no attempt to retain me or understand why I was leaving.

   Overall, the company shows up, but doesn’t really solve problems. For a pest control service, results matter more than appointments, and that’s where this experience fell short. I won’t be returnin

   As he was done providing an update of what he had done. I really appreciate that he didn’t need to interact at this time. I responded to his text msg letting him know that the yards are messy as we re Emmy had a death in the family. His response displayed empathy and consideration. Thank you – your service definitely “goes above and beyond”.

   Tevon did my home inspection this morning and he was fantastic! He was very thorough, he sprayed inside and outside, he swept for webs and he even sprayed my grass. He didn’t rush and took his time. Please send him back to my house next time! He is definitely a good worker!

   I had a great experience with Jonathon. He showed up right on time and did a very thorough inspection of my property. He explained everything clearly and went over all the services I might need without being pushy. I really appreciated how professional and detailed he was — you can tell he knows his stuff. Definitely recommend him if you need honest and reliable pest control service

   Aaron at Home Shield Pest Control has been fantastic to work with. He’s extremely detailed, friendly, and so understanding of what we need. It’s clear he genuinely cares about doing a great job. Since he’s been treating our backyard, we’ve hardly seen any bugs at all. We’re very happy with the results and highly recommend booking with homeshield!
