   I just wanted to take a moment to thank this entire team. From the technician who came out to do the service, to the person who helped me schedule, and the one who coordinated all my follow-ups — everyone has been wonderful. The customer service and the actual work have both been excellent.

   My family has never dealt with something like this before, and it has definitely been a stressful situation. But this company truly made the process so much easier. They explained everything clearly, kept us informed every step of the way, and made sure we understood what to expect. That kind of communication means a lot.

   Overall, we’ve had a very good experience working with them so far, and we feel confident moving forward with their help. Thank you again for your professionalism and care. Highly recommend!

   Very happy with Insektek and their techs. They always communicate before their arrival and ask if we have any specific pest needs that require extra attention. I love that they do de-webbing around our doors and windows. Great price for regular monthly service.

   We called Insectek for a quote on termite inspection and treatment. The termite inspection was free and they were able to get someone out to our property the same day I called, which was reassuring since we had found evidence of some termite activity and wanted an assessment asap. Sarat showed up exactly when we were told he would arrive. He was thorough with his evaluation and gave me a very detailed explanation of what he found, as well as our options for treatment. Sarat was very knowledgeable, personable and reassuring that our issue would be well taken care of. We opted for treatment of the active areas and perimeter bait stations around both our home and our shop. Nolan arrived promptly at the scheduled time to provide this service. He was here for several hours. Throughout this time, he was efficient, respectful of our property, and extremely knowledgeable and attentive to any and all questions we asked. We feel very at ease that the service provided will eradicate our current issue and eliminate any cause for worry in the future. Both Sarat and Nolan are great representatives of Insectek and provided us with professional service. Many thanks to both!

   Carol Lohmann

   Aubrey was awesome. She was the first person from this company to locate all the bait traps and replaced all bait traps that needed to get changed out! I will ask to have her return next time we need an inspection because other service people from this company never did that and were maybe here 10-15 minutes. She had me walk around with her so I knew where all traps were located. It takes a woman to do a man’s job!
