   We had an excellent experience with our termite inspection with Joshua Pest Control. Blake was professional, punctual, and extremely thorough, taking the time to carefully inspect the entire property and explain what he was looking for along the way. He was clear, honest, and patient with questions, which we really appreciated.

   What stood out most was how transparent and knowledgeable he was — no pressure, no upselling, just straightforward information and clear next steps. The inspection report was detailed and easy to understand, and we left feeling confident about the condition of our home.

   Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable pest control expert. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Craig is the supervisor for this company and he is truly amazing for going above and beyond for his services, I never heard anything ever about a pest control company that exceeds expectations. To the highest level of customer service! This is incredible! You and your team has done a phenomenal job with the professionalism Craig has excellent communication skills He has surpassed my expectations thank you again for your kindness. I will be sharing my experience with everyone who needs Pest control. I feel if you communicate your concerns you will be more then happy and 100% be taking care of thank you Again Joshua pest control Craig and team!

   Jay came today and he was awesome! Very thorough and knowledgeable. Joshua’s pest control has been servicing our home since we moved in 2020 and They’ve always been wonderful. When we had ants, they showed up the same day to spray. Within a couple of days, all the ants were gone.

   I’ve had Joshua’s Pest Control for many, many years. Isaiah was my service technician today, and he was very thorough. We spoke about a rodent problem and discussed various solutions. He was very patient with my questions. In the end, we agreed on how to proceed, and he has scheduled a four-week follow up to monitor progress. That is great customer service.

   We have used Joshua’s Pest control service for over 8 years. Jacob, our technician, was friendly, professional, and arrived on time and same with all their technicians. He took the time to ask about our problem areas and explained what he would be treating. He sprayed all necessary areas using environmentally safe products, which we really appreciate because of animals. The service also includes follow-up—he’ll come back if pests are still present between the regular two-month service visits. Overall, very thorough and reassuring service. Highly recommend
