Ricky, our technician, provided a great experience. He specializes in more than pest control. He offers excellent customer service and education on every part of your home where pests like to reside, eat and protect themselves. I had a great experience today with Miguel. He called and asked if he could come a little earlier because he was ahead of schedule which helped me with my scheduled!
He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Their rates are competitive and fair. They were also able to come out next day from when I called which I was extremely grateful for! Thank you!
Corey is amazing. Very consistent and thorough in confirming availability and taking good care of my home. He is considerate of my puppy and children while spraying. Friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable service. Loyal customer for 3 years and counting. JS rid one condo of ants and one house of spiders. I will be using their service in my next home and my forever home when I buy one.
First visit was great. Subsequent visits I’ve had to reach out to the technician to find out when he’d be here. Today, I was billed for service when he NEVER came. We have security cameras, definitely did not come here. I called the office to be told he says he was let in through the garage and states you have 5 dogs. No one has been in our home today and we do not have 5 dogs.
I’m very happy with the service provided by J S pest control. Jeff Heminger was professional, punctual, and extremely thorough in his work. He took the time to inspect every area carefully and explained the treatment process clearly. I appreciated how respectful he were of my home and how efficiently he completed the job.
Since his visit, I’ve noticed a huge improvement no more pest issues! I also liked that they followed up afterward to make sure everything was fine. I highly recommend J S pest control for anyone looking for reliable and effective pest control.
