Adrian was great! Always very polite and does a good and fast job when spraying for my quarterly appointment. He always lets me know when he’s on his way as well – most don’t so this stands out! I highly recommend him for all pest spraying purposes.
We have tried working with a few pest companies since moving to Florida, three in Jacksonville since buying our home just 3 years ago. Knockout is the first company we feel have been direct, upfront, and honest with us. Dealing with termites is not fun, but a clear and direct plan was exactly what we needed. Michael came out and provided his honest estimate and plan for treatment. He advised us on follow-up and re-treatment as needed. Easiest decision to go with Michael and Knockout Pest Control. Communication has been excellent from the first inquiry, responsive to questions and all along the way, including through to scheduling our follow-up after initial treatment. Reasonable pricing for the services and follow up contract too. Highly recommend this company!
My husband and I are first-time home buyers and unfortunately noticed the presence of termites the night before we had to head out of town for a three day trip.
