Working with McCall Pest Control has been a great pleasure. Darrell is an amazing technician with experience & knows exactly what he is doing. He’s respectful and always gives me a heads up when he’s on the way to my property to do work. Highly recommend McCall pest control for your quarterly pest control services.
We can’t say enough good things about Paul! He is so nice, my family and I love him. Leon is great. He’s so friendly and helpful and always comes back when I need additional treatment. He is quick to respond and has been great!
I had an animal in my backyard digging under my shed at night. I could never spot it, but everytime I filled the hole, it would come back and dig another one so I called McCall to get rid of it. They charged me $500 and claimed they could trap whatever it was and get rid of (relocate it). They said it would take about 5 days of leaving the traps out. When I asked them what happens if they didn’t catch it after 5 days, they told me they would keep trying.
Five days later, they caught nothing and took the traps back. After I called to complain, they brought them back and left them out for 3 more days and then gave up. No refund, no continued trying; they were just done. Then they had the audacity to offer me more services for more money. I could pay another $400 for them to dig up around my shed and place a mesh or pay them for monthly preventive service.
Waste of money. This place is a scam.
