   I wish I could go zero stars. These people are a sham. Never killed an ant, wasps kept coming back, I had to use the warranty call outs repeatedly. I never had so many fire ants in my yard. For the first ten years I lived here, no fire ant problem. They Just go to Home Depot, get the broadcast fire ant killer, treat it yourself twice a year and you’ll have much better results for much less. Called and was repeatedly told they need to come out and treat again (with the same stuff that wasn’t working). I am convinced they were putting fire attractant in my yard. Five days after the sixth visit, three huge fire ant mounds in my yard. Save your money and run these shisters out of town.

   Cocky door to door sales guy, Terry Nance, banged on my door until I got up from my desk and then began to argue with me about my No Soliciting sign. When I pointed to my NO SOLICITING sign he kept saying “I’m not selling anything”. Yeah. Right. Learn what the word “soliciting” means. I wish these companies would train their employees as to what No Soliciting means and you won’t sell anything to a potential customer when you begin to irritate them. The only thing you’ll get is a bad review.

   Moxie has been a wonderful choice. They are quick to answer my requests for maintenance calls. We hardly have bugs since using them, and we live out in the country! Aaron did a great job and thoroughly explained everything. Couldn’t recommend them more!

   The sales person was very pushy, told me they could get rid of the ant problem & wouldn’t leave me alone until I gave in & said ok, my mistake should have just gone inside my house. Once done signing up she told me I can’t cancel without big penalties.
   1st service was done, still had ants so they came back for an emergency service. Still had ants. 2nd visit all she did was put out ant bate & gel. Looked around my house the next week 2 bees nest, I knocked them down myself & the ants are still going strong. Called them to complain about the price for the service I received also told him their yard service that came out killed some of my grass in the front & back yard. He told me they would be contacting me, that was last week no call from Moxie except to try to schedule termite inspection, I said no. I am very dissatisfied with this company & will not be renewing after the year is up.

   I had a great experience with Moxie Pest Control. Their team is professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my concerns were addressed. After their service, I noticed an immediate improvement—no more pests, and the overall environment feels much cleaner and safer.

   Their customer service is excellent, and the technicians are polite, respectful, and well-trained. I truly appreciate their dedication and the quality of work they provide.

   Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and effective pest control services!
