I had a great experience with Native Pest Management, and I especially want to recognize the technician, Maikel Rodriguez. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. Maikel took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was addressed properly. He was punctual, respectful of my space, and clearly takes pride in his work. The service was efficient and gave me real peace of mind. If you’re using Native Pest Management, I highly recommend requesting Maikel. Excellent service all around!
I am very happy with Native Pest Management. I have learned alot since they have been coming to my home to treat. Today Omar serviced a room that is rarely used and he was on time, efficient, knowledgeable, & respectful. I give Omar 10 stars! Thank you for the quick & efficient service!
We appreciated having Angel and Jess help us today. They were both very courteous, professional and extremely helpful. Angel explained the process step by step, although due to the intricacies of our job they weren’t able to finish today, we know we are being taken care of by true professionals.
Omar did a fantastic job. He explained to me what they were doing and how to best avoid issues with rats in the future. I’m grateful for all their efforts and hard work.
Rangel was extremely polite and professional. He was thorough and knowledgeable about the product (fleas) used and explained everything to me so I could be at ease since I have pets that play outside where the product is used. I cannot say how pleased I am about this technician and about Native Pest. The company has been a pleasure to work with and always responds to my calls with a live person.
