I had an amazing experience with Orkin! They have 24/7 hours. I called the customer service number late one afternoon and was able to set an appointment for the morning of the next day. David is my technician and he is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He renewed my faith that customer service still exists! He showed up in the time window they provided in a truck that clearly displayed the company name. He explained the process and what to expect. The contract they provided was very clear. This was only my first contact with Orkin, but I am confident I will continue to be pleased.
Upon transitioning from another company, I can confidently assert that their services are of high quality. We had the pleasure of meeting Jessica, who demonstrated exceptional expertise and professionalism. Her ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner was truly impressive. I highly recommend their services.
The technician was very friendly, easy to talk to. Listened to my concerns about the couple of bugs I had found. Sprayed in the areas where I had found them (kitchen area) put a chemical barrier around the mobile home, sprayed the restrooms. Explained to me what the chemicals would do and what to watch for.
Christopher was great! On time, professional, answered all my questions. Addressed my concerns about rodent entry into an out building which was greatly appreciated. I recommend highly.
David was our tech and he is literally such an amazing guy! He is always so thorough and is able to answer any questions that I have. He also really explains what situations are going on regarding any pests that we have in our house in a way that I can understand but also not making me feel like it’s a silly question. David has been such a great technician this entire time that we have had him here at our location in El Paso. He’s such an asset to the orkin team that this is one of the main reasons we actually stayed with Orkin and also the customer service for the orkin team is so kind and helpful when we had any account issues in the past.
