   The technician that arrived at my home today was beyond professional and well educated in her field. Super nice and helpful. If you get Serena to inspect your home, you’re in good hands.

   We have used ORKIN in the past and was willing to give them another try when I received a new offer. Our Service Technician was thorough and polite. He showed genuine respect for our animals as well. Most of our questions were answered by the technician. Since today was our first visit with ORKIN, I would like to reserve full judgement until we have been with ORKIN for a few months. This service does not include Rats and mice because the state of California deems it inhumane. REALLY!?! Thank you ORKIN for doing a good job today.

   Fantastic service! Gary is amazing. He is super responsive, thorough, and easy to work with. Excellent communication every step of the way. Couldn’t be happier! Highly recommended.

   So we called for a termite inspection, but the conversation came up that Orkin does general pest sprays more frequently – and for a better price – than our previous servicer. So we called an audible and changed servicers.

   The level of care and detailed information they gave us while they did their work was great, and I really got a sense that they care about the level of detail in their work. Obviously, our home stands to benefit.

   The service is off to a good start, looking forward to a continued relationship with Orkin.

   FYI, they spray monthly, but have a sort of “EZPay” option where they cut the monthly price in half and spray every other month instead. This is the option we’re moving forward with.

   Orkin has incredible customer service. We’ve been with them for 5 years now with zero complaints. Any issues we have they take care of quickly . Recently Serena who has been servicing our property last several months has helped us with visitors in our attic . She’s come back several times for trap checks and entry points with no extra charge . Highly recommend.
