   Initially just lawn service – have done such a great job Im going to add Termite and other services. Weeds almost disappeared immediately after initial service. I called this morning about Kentucky blue grass appearing – coming at 3:30 to spray without being asked . Spray technician is great – friendly and informative. I highly recommend Paul’s.

   Rob came out to assess an issue. He is very knowledgeable. I had my own theories on what the issues could have been. He did not invalidate them and was very polite. He also gave multiple treatment and service options for immediate and long term action. He service is much appreciated

   Always a thorough inspection and spraying in the yard as well as making sure our barn and workshop are also treated. We’ve used Paul’s since we moved to Tally in 2018 and they have been fantastic people to work with. From the receptionist to the sprayers, this company puts people first and that’s hard to find today. Highly recommend this company!

   Paul’s Pest Control has been fantastic from start to finish. Every time we call, the staff on the phone are friendly, patient, and quick to answer our questions. Scheduling is a breeze—they’re able to set appointments almost immediately, which gives us peace of mind.

   The technicians arrive right on time, explain every option clearly, and make sure we understand the plan before starting. They treat our yard with care and work efficiently.

   Their service is great! But attempting to call them on the phone is maddening. They have a new “virtual assistant” who doesn’t understand half of what you say, it takes forever to get to a real person! I was so frustrated I was tempted to change companies.
