DONT USE THIS COMPANY. I have used this company for over 2 years and today was the final straw. In addition to other things they often showed up outside the specified times scheduled. This morning they showed up early and proceeded to spray our baby’s car seat as shown in the video. I went out and touched the car seat and the backside was all wet with the poison. The technician and management denied it being sprayed despite it being wet and said it was my fault for leaving it outside. I spoke to the owner and he said they would only pay to clean the carseat if I agreed to sign a contract to stay with them another year.
they are CARELESS and DISHONEST CROOKS.
Devon was here today for our quarterly maintenance. He was extremely courteous and polite in explaining what he was going to do. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and helped me understand why he doing it. He completed the service as requested and we got what we paid for. Thanks to Devon for his quality service.
Codie and his assistant Ashley offered outstanding service. Codie has extensive knowledge on all things pest and weed control and patiently explained both emergent and pre-emergent weed killer. The premium spray and pest control went down flawlessly. My wife and I are satisfied and delighted with Codie and Ashley’s work and service. Recommend!
Devan was thorough and professional. He explained everything throughout the process and was able to address all my questions. He did an amazing job!
We had a small problem with black widows in the summer and peak pest control came out and treated our house. They did a wonderful job and we haven’t had any problems with spider since. There was some confusion with contracts and monthly billing but Peak Pest Control was fair and easy to deal with in resolving these issues. From the service technician, the people that answer the phones to Kyler, the owner of the company, everyone is super straightforward, fair, and professional.
