Our service tech was Mike. We really appreciate that he texted us to let us know that he was running a few minutes late. He was attentive and thorough, explaining exactly what he was doing as he addressed our problem. Very efficient! (This service call was included in our service contract.) We are very happy with Rigo Pest Prevention.
Rigo is excellent at services – across the board. I had my quarterly pest prevention appointment this morning with my technician Duncan. He is genuinely caring and was so professional in his communication and work. Duncan, great job!

Rigo Pest Prevention is the best in the business! The inspectors were punctual, kept me informed about each step of the process, and quickly sent me their inspection report with treatment recommendations. Scheduling the treatment was simple and hassle-free. On the day of the appointment, Alec arrived early and explained the entire treatment process.
