    I’ve been very pleased with Rowland Pest Management. The communication is stellar. They call the day before to remind me of my appt. Then the tech texts me to let me know he’s on his way. They are friendly, professional, helpful, & thorough. I haven’t seen a creepy crawler since the first treatment. Highly recommend.

    Pretty amazing and rare 5 star experience ! Had a squirrel in the living area of our house and had Rowland out for inspection. After a very thorough 1.2 hour visit he determined the roof and attic to be airtight, small opening under our patio screen door sash ,then through our open patio doors the culprit ! One screw and the inspection really was free …as in no charge. Nada. In 2026 ! This company is as honest as they come. Wish they did A/C and appliances !

    Would not recommend, I can’t speak of the quality of their work. However, my experience is that they are a sales team FIRST who charges different prices to each customer based on how much they are willing to pay for monthly services. My service/sales guy was Ryan. The office rep and sales rep were on completely two different pages for the same service with two totally different prices, then was told.. hey, we lower the prices depending on your situation? What? Why not have a flat cost for service?? I got the vibe and feeling this company is not customer first so I didn’t use their services. Just felt like a very shady company with how they chose to do business.
