So don’t really know how I feel about solve, I’ve only had them for a few months, but when the first time they treated our lawn for fire ants, didn’t work we have more piles then ever, fast forward 3 months later which is today, they came back cause of this problem only to find out they treated my neighbors yard and said they did ours after telling my wife our address, guys I have a ring camera don’t lie! So my wife called them back and told them no they didn’t do ours. So the guy started doing our front yard, and yes I was watching my camera, I seen him go half way and the pellets ran out so he stopped, my wife also told him to do by our front door because we have lots of ant piles there. By the way, my wife is deathly allergic to fire ants where she has to carry around EpiPen’s. The guy told her he baited by the front door, which is also a lie! because I have a camera guys!!!!! He didn’t go near our door. And to top it off, doesn’t even look like he did the backyard. I went over to my neighbor‘s yard and looked at his. I see pellets around all the piles I go to my yard not one pellet on any pile. So I’m giving this two stars to this company just because they said they are coming back Saturday to really get rid of them which makes no sense to me. Why not do it today when you were here. So I will see if they really fix it for us. So I’m paying 60 something dollars a month for nothing. Thanks guys Way too SOLVE a problem. Here’s some pictures by the front door with the ant piles. They said they treated, where’s the treatment guys????????
Great company, I’ve know the owner for years and he puts nothing short of his all into everything he does. I can guarantee he keeps his technicians educated and up to date on all product information. Having worked in the pest industry myself I know everything Ian uses is the best you can get. Great company that does a great job!
