Daniel maintains good communication before and after he completes our services. He is friendly and polite and makes sure all of our issues are taken care of. We are happy with the results and recommend Terminix to our friends and neighbors.
All the Terminix team members were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Great communication, letting us know when they would arrive and the process that would take place. They were on time, protected our floors, and cleaned up when the services were completed. Choosing Terminix was a good decision!
Failed to honor contract. Did not spray the agreed-upon front/back yards. One month later, my yard has a major infestation of ants/spiders. Ineffective treatment and no response from the company. Very poor service.
Cecilio Rodriguez from Terminix is a great person. He is great at communication and goes out of his way to accommodate the schedule. We are very pleased with his service.
Marc always does an excellent job at ISTC. He shows up with a great attitude, is very friendly, and gets everything done quickly and efficiently. Truly appreciate his consistent hard work!
