Excellent pest control service. The team was professional, punctual, and very thorough. They did an outstanding job in my home, clearly explaining the process and ensuring everything was properly treated. On top of the great service, the price was very fair and competitive. I highly recommend this company.
It has been a couple months since my initial visit and I am still pleased with the pest control service. John was the technician that initially serviced the house. He was friendly and thorough, listened to my concerns and reassured me that my concerns would be addressed, and punctual. The services are a little pricey but are well worth the cost. I highly recommend.
Tier 1’s Angel performed our service and we are very happy with the results. He was very thorough, complete, and professional/respectful as he progressed through and around our house. He also wrote a complete and descriptive summary of the service so we can continue to monitor the property. The technician, Lionel arrived exactly on time and was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the treatment plan and answered all of my questions patiently. He was respectful of my property and made sure I understood exactly what was being done.

I had the pleasure of working with John at Tier 1. He’s come out to do my regular bug services and is always great with communication and the work is always spot on. Very respectful guy. He recently came out for a rat inspection and proved he is very knowledgeable and gave me peace of mind with his latest service. Over 2 years of regular service with them and John is always great when he’s assigned to my house. As is the rest of the team.
