All of the Truly Nolen staff I encountered were professional, polite, and articulate about what was found and the remedy. Sebastian did a thorough inspection of the crawlspace of our house and did an excellent job of explaining what he found (with pictures) and what he felt would remedy the situation. While he did quote a price for Truly Nolen to do the work he also fully explained what needed to be done in case we wanted to DIY. We chose to have the professionals do the job.
Carlos thoroughly went over the work order with before beginning. He made certain we were on the same page as to to what and where was to be done. He and Daniel worked efficiently and cleanly. Their final product was well thought out and neat in appearance. Daniel also made helpful suggestions as to what we could do with our landscape to further discourage the rodents. I am a retired manager for a construction company and would have happily welcomed any of these three gentlemen on my team. Based on my experience I would readily recommend Truly Nolen.
Service was quick and inspection/follow up prevention treatment was provided. Truly Nolan is a great company to work with. Carlos our technician, was prompt and professional. He was positive and detailed in his work. Carolos was friendly and patient in answering all our questions. Truly a joy to work with.
Juan continues to receive 5 stars. He goes above and beyond. Juan came out and gave me peace of mind. He is very patient and doesn’t make you feel you are a bother. His customer service skills are outstanding. I feel very comfortable and have built a trust with him. I highly recommend him for your needs. He is a real asset to the company.
I had the pleasure of having my pest control inspection done by, Adi Kuric. He’s was very kind, very thorough, and very respectful. Very knowledgeable. I will definitely use Truly Nolan from now on. I am soooo happy with Truly Nolen! They left a mouse trap in my shed, just in case, and it caught a rattle snake in the night! That may have saved my life! Thank you so much Truly Nolen! You are the best! They don’t slack on their work. We left him at our home while we were gone, and he worked so hard to keep us safe! Kind, efficient and self-starter! No worries here! We Highly Recommend!!!
