   Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Turner is a complete joke and borderline scam. Their technicians do the bare minimum. They are supposed to sweep (knock down spiderwebs on the exterior perimeter of the house). This has never happened. I’ve called in and expressed my concerns and they sent someone out to correct. Great. Next month, same thing. I should not have to call in constantly and ask them to do the service that I pay for. I have been home when the technician is there and again, it is the bare minimum and you have to ask them to do their job. I pay for pest control as well as lawn. I still have an abundance of weeds in my yard. Keep in mind, I bought a new build, so brand new sod. I have had Turner since the beginning and my yard looks awful. They make canceling services extremely difficult. Let’s talk about customer service…. Hit or Miss. Some of the people answering the phone were great, others, well less than helpful. I was overcharged and they went on a long rant explaining that the charge was normal. I called back and spoke to another representative and they stated that I should be refunded and they would take care of it. This company is an absolute joke. Stay far far away. If they offer you a “bundle” I promise it is a scam…. Do not bite!!! I wouldn’t hire this company to clean my toilets. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Do not hire Turner Pest control!!!

   Joe E came to inspect my home to renew our termite bond. He was 1.5- 2 hours late from the window I was originally emailed when appt was set. I had to call Turner several times to get an update on arrival. Joe immediately stated that he didn’t have to inspect the interior… something never offered in my 20+ years with Turner. I thought this was part of my service?
   Joe was on his phone during the entire exterior inspection & used his tool, maybe once, to turn over mulch, etc.
   A service manager, Danny, called and reset another appointment for tomorrow.
   I’ve wasted 2 days on Turner’s termite service & would not recommend them to any first time homebuyer.

   Horrible lawn care! Yard has continuously gotten worse and not growing now. Weeds are everywhere. We have tried to address the problems with service department and it’s continued to get worse. Service person shows up and doesn’t know what he is suppose to do??? Called and no one in management will reach out. See photos.

   We had an excellent experience with Michael from Turner Pest Control during our annual termite inspection and bond renewal. He explained what he would be doing as soon as he arrived and took the time to answer all of our questions. When he finished, he also discussed additional services we might consider. He was informative without being pushy, which we truly appreciated and will keep in mind moving forward.

   Turner lawn service has done a fantastic job at our home. For 2 years I used my previous company from my last residence that just provided pest control. So naturally I used them at our new home. After 2 year’s my lawn looked bad.
   Turner has turned it around in 6 months. We’re very pleased. Our technician Daniel has done a great job.
