Used them for a couple of years. Was ok then they started hiring young people that didn’t really know what they are doing. One guy used to take naps in my driveway. Another showed up in shades and never took them off because he had a black eye. Pool wasn’t so clean and maybe taking the shades off would have helped. Same guy had zero idea how the pump worked and didn’t clean out skimmer baskets. Zero suction in one of the baskets week after week but he did nothing about it. Eventually a pipe from the basket developed a major leak and I had to have that repaired. Did he cause that? Prob not. But he didn’t help it. And if you want service they put you on a list and some computer sends someone out days later at a random time. And they send kids out to service now. Terrible department of abc. Avoid. Found an excellent local service for less.
Robert’s solid knowledge of pool equipment, combined with his great personality, make him the ultimate pool repair specialist for us. We are very happy with his services.
We’ve had ABC do our periodic pool maintenance and any repairs for several years. They are reliable and conscientious. We wouldn’t use anyone else.
ABC pool service is the best. The admins, pool techs, and repair folks (David) are great. I especially appreciate the communication and response time of this department. Thank you!
