Fair, reasonable company with high quality service. Replaced our 30yr old pool pump with a new variable speed Jandy pump. We requested estimates from a handful of providers and chose ACE based on reviews, price, and choice of pump. Alec and team arrived on time, completed the install quickly, gave instruction on how to use it, and inspected a couple other parts of our system that might need replacing. Will definitely use them again!
We are very happy with the Ace Pool Repair & Replaster company. The technician, Jeff, that came to our home was very professional, very kind and extremely knowledgeable. We needed a new pool pump system installed. Jeff had the whole system installed within several hours. Jeff also took the time to answer my many questions. At the end of the installation, Jeff left the area clean and the surroundings clean of all debris. The pool system looks beautiful. Thank you Ace Pool and thank you Jeff for a job well done!
Alec and his team did a great job fixing my pool and spa. I had a leak in the pool in 2 areas and a big section of glass tiles fall off my spa into the pool. Alec came out immediately and got to work. His team was professional and showed me exactly what was to be done and fixed it. Alec also went over the repairs that were done after the work was completed. I would hire ACE Pool Repair & Replaster again. I appreciate the professionalism and great work.
Jeff and the team at ACE pool Repair and Replaster were great. The estimate process was easy and they answered all our questions to help make us feel at ease. Jeff arrived during the windows provided by Alec and the work he performed has left our pool looking much improved. Definitely would recommend if you’re having problems with staining plaster and calcium deposits.
Ace did an amazing job renovating our pool! Our plaster was is in really rough shape and the pool jet barely worked when we hired them and we truly have a brand new pool now that we absolutely love! We redid the plumbing, added deck jets and a Baja shelf, new tile, and mini pebble- it all came out beautifully! Alec, Jeff, Alex, and the rest of the crew were all very professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend them for any pool repairs.
