   Wow!
   What a transformation! Check out the pics….worth a thousand of my words, for sure.
   Our existing early ’90s construction pool was looking pretty haggard. Tiles were falling off and there was a ton of discoloration and cracking in the light blue finish. It got to a point where we just couldn’t put it off anymore, not to mention, the annual quotes just kept getting higher and higher, so we finally decided to move forward with Adams, who gave the most comprehensive and competitive quote. Overall, our project team was great. I pretty much had 3 primary points of contact for most of the project, Craig Angrove from Sales, Nithzia Flores at their office, expertly coordinating and communicating contracting teams and keeping things on schedule, and Orlando Azevedo as the Project Manager. Kim Rafalski also was really patient and insightful in helping us pick materials. Collectively, they made sure things ran as smoothly as possible. Craig was pretty incredible. His involvement was really supposed to be just at the onset of the project and securing the business, as is typical with Sales, but from my experience, he really cares about his clients and took the extra time to be present and helpful all the way through to project completion. Anything that went off schedule, he was my go-to call and always made himself available to help work through and solve whatever hurdle presented itself. I honestly am so appreciative for that extra time and dedication to our project.
   The pool looks absolutely incredible. We went with Adam’s Pebble Plus Lapis finish and it looks better than I could have hoped.
   The project was not without its hiccups, but I can say that when things went off script, as they inevitably will with a complicated project like this, the team was always there to make sure everything got back on track. Check this out. I had an issue with our in-floor cleaner assembly leaking horribly 2 months after they completed the project and final payment had been made. After a brief back and forth about how and why it happened, they agreed to come out and remedy the issue for me. While we were discussing, I got antsy and ordered all of the parts needed with the intention of just repairing myself. When I informed Nithzia of this, I asked if they would perhaps reimburse me for the expenses. I honestly did not think she would be able to, but she requested that I send her the receipts and she’d see what she could do. I really wasn’t holding my breath, but she went to bat for me internally and was able to get approval and got Adams to send a reimbursement check! Again, this was a full 2 months after they had set the final stone! They could have easily dismissed me, but they didn’t. That level of service and care after project completion really floored me. In this day and age, there aren’t many businesses/contractors out there that would do that.
   The pool looks SO much more inviting now and the fam has been using it exponentially more since the remodel. Adam’s team was tremendous all the way through, and I highly recommend to anyone looking to give their pool a fresh look or, of course, new construction. They totally crushed it with ours. Can’t wait till next swim season!

   Could not be happier with our pool and the experience working with Adams Pool Solutions! Greg was a pleasure to work with, he helped to educate us on our pool, and also made some great recommendations on which pool surface to choose.

   We were not home for a lot of the work, but Nithzia and Miguel were both so communicative during the project so I had very clear expectations around what what happening when.

   This work also required some excavation of our pavers to replace a pipe and they left the space like it was never touched, which can be difficult to do with pavers.

   Would 100% use again!

   If I could give 10 stars to Adams Pool Solutions I would gladly. I cannot express enough how exceptional every single point of contact and step completion has been when resurfacing our pool. Our pool has turned out beautifully far exceeding expectation with exceptional craftmanship and quality. Lauren Rivera, Project Manager, was especially outstanding with her expertise, organization, promt responses, undertanding, and direction. Manny Torres, our Onsite Project Manager, was incredible as well. Always on point with immediate response, and action. Every crew that performed their specific task were out of this world. Each was incredibly hard working and skilled working as unit. I have never experienced a company where every single employee and point of contact has been outstanding. The showrooms in Campbell and Pleasanton were exceptional. The help and samples provided invaluable to achieving a beautiful result. My sincere thanks to the entire team at Adams Pool Solutions.

   I am happy to recommend Adams Pool Solutions. I’m president of an HOA in Los Gatos and we contracted with Adams to refinish our pool in winter 2025. It’s not a big lap pool, but it’s much bigger than a typical backyard pool. We got several bids and Adams was very competitive. They did a great job distinguishing between all the things we could do and things we had to do. Because of the specialized equipment they have, they were able to do the job in less time, with less noise and mess. We had to stop and start work because of other projects we were doing that interfered with their work. I know it was inconvenient for them, but they were just super flexible and accommodated all of my crazy requests. Manny, the project manager, was excellent. He called and texted to keep me posted with updates throughout the project. He had to coordinate inspections with the town and the county and everything went off without a hitch. We also encountered some issues with some ancient plumbing and valves that he was able to figure a way around with no additional expense. The new pool looks great. Adams is an excellent company and I can recommend them without reservation.
