Had these guys for over a year. Very professional and organized. Any issues they respond right away and send pics and updates after each service. Their rate is very reasonable and my pool is always spotless. Based on my experience I highly recommend them.
Nice people and very consistent service. I love not to have to worry about the pool specially during this time of the year. Maurisa is very helpful and a great asset to the company.
This company just bought out a wonderful family owned pool service I used for years. I spoke with Aloha and I can truly say Im pleased with their service. I also want to add one of their technicians Hero is fantastic, I had some issues with my pool, he diagnosed, repaired, and I’m very pleased. He is professional, kind and does excellent work.
Horrible customer service! When you have a question about their lazy service techs. They DO NOT respond. When you call and ask why they haven’t should up to serice our pool in 3 weeks, no response! Even the owner John doesn’t respond or care. Charles Henry doesn’t respond, great office manager! If you have Tuu Ng as your pool tech expect to waste your money, HORRIBLE! But they sure will withdraw money out on the first of the month even without servicing your pool. We just went through the Holiday season with NO Tech showing up to service our pool. Again, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! How awesome it was to have our family in town for a green pool. Thank Aloha… And ALOHA, ALOHA!
I have had Aloha Pool Service take care of my pool for a couple of years now. They are an outstanding company and John, Bland and Marissa are wonderful. Their customer service Is phenomenal and should be emulated by all other companies. I highly recommend Aloha for any pool service needs.
