Wesley has been servicing our pool for about 7 months and the transformation we’ve seen has been tremendous. He has had great communication with us and shows a lot of care for his work! I’d ask for Wesley if you are thinking about using Amenity for your pool service.
My swimming pool was in TERRIBLE condition. I contacted Amenity Pools in Miami and pool technician CHARLIE visited my home to begin to clean my pool. Charlie assessed what was needed; and provided the needed chemicals to clear the water. In addition, the pool needed more attention and Charlie traveled immediately from a Hollywood, Florida to address my pool issue. I am MOST appreciative for his attentiveness and professionalism regarding my pool service. Amenity Pools, you have a future customer due to your employee; CHARLIE. THANKS
All Florida has been servicing my community pool since we opened back in April 2022. I have absolutely no complaints! Their tech, Jorge Alfaro, services the pool 3 times a week and is extremely efficient. Any issue he notices or preventative measure he feels should be done, he communicates it right away. Pool looks just like the photos I attached EVERY, SINGLE, DAY. Beautiful crystal clear water. I credit this to his hard work. There have been times when it is not his day to come out and I have a question and he always responds and is incredibly kind and helpful. I highly recommend All Florida if you are shopping around for someone to service your pool.
Charlie got our heater working, and took the time to help us understand how it all works, which parts are automated with remote, and which ones we can tweak for our preferences like waterfall, etc. Very personable and professional. Definitely recommend.
