I had a fantastic experience with Aqua Masters. They were recommended by a friend, and I’m so glad I called. I spoke with the owner, Richard, who was genuinely delightful. He walked me through their process, sent an intake link right away, and within minutes I had a quote for a full equipment diagnostic. Once I approved it, he immediately called back to schedule.
I got a text with a precise arrival time, and the tech, Andy, showed up exactly when promised. He was lovely to work with. He checked everything, explained his minor concerns clearly, and broke down the fixes and costs in a way that actually made sense. He took care of everything quickly, including the auto-fill issue (which was broken, just like I suspected).
With everything we all have going on, it is such a relief when a company makes something annoying feel easy and pleasant. Aqua Masters did exactly that. Highly recommend.
