We have been using aqua Premier for several months now. I just couldn’t keep up with the imbalance in the chemical in our pool and we fight against algae. I had managed the pool for about a year myself after being really unhappy with a big pool cleaning service here in Houston.
Aqua Premier came in, did an assessment, reviewed my options, and we decided to completely drain the pool and start with fresh water.
In addition, they checked out our tank reset our timer – checked really every single part of the pool and it’s equipment.
Our pool has been sparkly and clean since then. Their weekly recap of their service includes pictures and all data, they are great communicators. This turns out to just be an amazing , amazing pool service.
If you need a new Pool Service or if you’re unhappy with your current Pool Service- 100% you should contact Aqua Premier.
Big note: These guys are great value. I feel like we are getting concierge service at economy pricing.

Aqua Premier Pool Service saved me! I’d had a company level and reinforce my pool deck, and they drilled through my return line and filled it with the hardening foam completely cutting off flow to 2 of my return jets.. no water flow to most of my pool which was a disaster. I called Aqua Premier and they were able to send their guys out the same afternoon. They not only found the exact place of the leak but stayed very late making the repair. They came back the next day to test after the repair dried and made sure I was back up and running. They had a big job commitment but said they would come back as soon as it was done in about 1.5 weeks and fix the hole in the concrete and they did exactly that! What great guys and what a great company! They were kind, which is very important to me, but also excellent at their jobs. I highly recommend them to anyone needing pool work done. They will not disappoint.
We have had a great experience with them. They remodeled our pool and have been maintaining it for many months now. They are responsive, professional, and all around great to work with.
