I have had some issues with the filter psi being high. I had the whole filter system replaced more than 3 years ago and continue to have issues. Today I reached out because I have been waiting for a call from an “expert” since Wednesday. I explained why I would like to speak with an “expert” and was told why my filter needs cleaning which I already know. I feel like I had to push to have someone reach out to me. I understand they are busy, as am I. I asked for a call back today so we will see if I receive one or not.
I had to fire my last pool company who never provided solid advice on how to get my pool back to clean, clear and usable. What a relief to find this pool company! Within a week, my pool was back in tiptop shape and sparkling clean. Everyone was very open with their communication and walked me through the process of what needed to happen. I am so grateful to finally find a company who cares!
The staff of this company are always professional and complete assigned tasks with desired results. They are friendly and Management (Byran) is outstanding in every regard. He knows all about pools and is willing to make your pool a wonderful experience all summer long. I highly recommend this service to anyone wanting to keep their pool in the best working order. Daniel and Brian provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to repair my pool pump control panel. They were both super friendly and took the time to explain how to use the new Hayward firmware installed. I highly recommend Aquamaid and both Daniel & Brian 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Great people and they really stay on top of my pool. I was a bit slow paying for a service I had done and they were very patient and always kind and understanding. Very nice people and give me updates weekly and my pool has never been more clear!!!
