I called them about a warranty issue and they got back to me the following business day.
FYI – Their retail location is now closed as of November 2024.
Do not use them !!
They will keep you in the air for 3 weeks and when thru arrive they will tell you we got the wrong part
This company not professional at all
Very rude person .
Ca lic 768494 one of their drivers was driving very dangerous and reckless almost ran me off the road and had no care or remorse continued to drive 90 mph on a two road high way in concord. I had to chase behind him up get his info . Reported to Chp also . Very unprofessional
One star is the most fitting rating for this pool service company. They turned my salt water in-ground spa in a chlorine mess. They actually added so much chlorine over a month that all of our swimsuits turned white and the leaves in the filter turned white; the chlorine was so high that they couldn’t even read the water sample. Just a disaster. They offered me a month’s free service for their ineptitude but couldn’t guarantee that the same mistake wouldn’t happen again (which is the result of them rotating through new and untrained service people every couple of weeks).
I can never thank Aquapro, Jason, Ryan, Jeremy and crew enough for the outstanding service we have received from them. We made the big decision of replastering the pool not knowing the extent of what was involved. They have been very diligent and helpful in answering all our questions. They have always kept us in the loop of what the next step was in what they were doing and when they would be at the house. They educated us on the best options and energy efficient heater for our spa. I would highly recommend this company for any pool needs as they are very knowledgable and patient with you all the way.
