Chris came out today and did an awesome job resetting and upgrading my pool system. He took time to educate me on my pool system and was so nice and patient with me. I am so thankful for him and ASP for your prompt response to my pool needs. Thank you Chris! I’ll definitely reach out to ASP again for any pool needs.
Been using ASP for a couple of months now; very professional and punctual. Jonathan is very thorough and does an extraordinary job. Very pleased and will continue to rely on ASP for all my pool needs.
Recently had a fantastic experience with America’s Swimming Pool East. We had several days in a row where there were heavy winds that blew sand and other debris into my pool and I called to get it cleaned out and the chemicals balanced. I was very happy at how quickly they were able to get me on the schedule. Once the team arrived, they talked with me and went to work. They were able to get all the debris and sand out of the pool. They cleaned my debris basket and the other one in the pump. They added some chemicals and sent me a report that included pictures and my chem readings. I am a very satisfied customer. Definitely recommend. Before and after pictures attached.
Wonderful experience. Rhonda and Chris were prompt in getting us a quote to resurface our pool. Everything promised was fulfilled and was actually completed two days ahead of schedule. Juan and his crew were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend ASP East.

They left my pool in horrible condition after their so-called service. I trusted them while renting my house on Airbnb, and their negligence cost me a lot of money in lost bookings. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.
