   I recently had the pleasure of working with Austin Star Pool Service, and I can’t say enough good things about them! James, the lead technician, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. From the moment he arrived, he took the time to thoroughly assess our pool and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.

   New pool owners here, so we were happy to see he and his team went above and beyond to ensure that our pool was sparkling clean, and he was meticulous in his work. They even provided some helpful tips for maintaining the pool in between services. The attention to detail and level of care he showed was truly impressive.

   Not only did Austin Star Pool Service deliver exceptional service, but their communication was top-notch as well. James was punctual, courteous, and genuinely cared about the quality of his work. It’s clear they value their customers and take pride in what they do.

He is very trustworthy and responds to calls. I give him 5stars for always responding quickly and being available for a call or question regarding pool service, detail or other.    Austin Star Pool Service is without a doubt the best Pool Service I have ever worked with. James. The owner is extremely knowledgeable regarding maintenance and our pool has never looked better. Bottom line James has always done exactly what he said he would do, can’t ask for anything more than that!, I highly recommend this Pool Service!

   The owner James has been reliable, communicative for any issues. He has gone out of his way to make sure our older pool is performing at its best so we can enjoy it. He is repectful of our property and careful with chemicals and gate to assure pet safety. And on top of it all has been a genuine nice guy that we always enjoy a hello with when we see him at the pool.

   James has always been there for us with weekly pool service for years. He notes problems and calls me with the issue stat. He’s always available for after hour help with a pool emergency. I called him on a Saturday. He answered. He was at a wedding in Florida and answered and walked me through the issue! He researched equipment replacement and got me the best price. He’s amazing!!
