Such a great idea for a day in the pool with my 7 and 9 year old girls. Spent the afternoon with 10 year old twins that also enjoyed their time! There are plenty of life guards and the kids have to pass a swim test before they can use the inflatables. It was a very reasonable price, I think $15 per child, plus parking (like $12??)
Pools, swimming lanes and diving boards can be used by students and faculty. Lots of lifeguards
It’s always surprisingly empty when it’s not peak season. If you want to do some afternoon lapswimming then this is absolutely the place for it. Pool is always super clean, lifeguards are also just college students who aren’t gonna bother you. There is also a hot tub, but it’s sdsu so I don’t trust that thing. Don’t wanna know what’s in there.
Pretty nice area 🙂 they have a large number of chairs so they almost never run out. Really pretty pool though I wish it were a bit deeper and warmer. But still very nice 🙂 the hot tub is good as well, but could be larger. Some of the chairs are old and could be replaced. But overall, it’s really nice and I usually spend a bit of time here at least every other day.
Great venue for WP. limited space on pooldeck and traffic congestion is a small problem during multi-team tournaments. Please adjust your time accordingly. Love that there are vending machines with snacks and drinks
