If I was to write everything in detail about my pleasant experience with Babylon Pool and the owner Artin, I will need a space as big as the entire website and unfortunately it can’t be done. All I will say is, pleasant, easy, on time, cordial, cooperative, honest, perfect job with highest quality, patient, incredibly talented and overall an absolute wonderful journey. The best people at the highest level of customer service. Last but not least, perfect communication
When it comes to do a pool, you have to be very careful since pool projects are never just a pool. It is so involved that I think it is more complicated than building a house.
After researching for months and interviewing multiple reputable pool builders; I decided to go with Babylon Pools. I was referred to him by few of my friends who had their pool done by Babylon. I live on a hillside and due to my location, the city of Burbank has a different process to obtain a hillside development permit. The permit process took months and involved manny parties such as landscape architect, engineers, and manny more. He handled the the whole process.
Finally we got the permit and from there after everything went pretty fast and we got our pool.
He is a man of his word and very knowledgeable in the pool industry. He is easy to work with and very trustworthy. When it comes to construction, I am very picky and pay attention to all the details; however, with Babylon Pools, I was very comfortable and would definitely recommend!
We were constantly losing water in our pool and had opted for bandaid fixes across the years. We finally reached a point to take on a bigger project and were struggling to find a quality contractor. We were referred to Artin from Babylon Pools by a family friend. Artin came out to assess the situation in person and was extremely knowledgeable, professional and reasonable in how he suggested to proceed. He made us comfortable with the plan across several conversations and we agreed to move forward. Across the project, Artin and his team were reliable and timely in executing to the plan. Artin was always available when we needed to talk and had a good onsite presence. He effectively communicated any need or issues that arose so that we could timely address and keep the project moving. In addition to the core project, the team was able to address several other matters around the house including stabilizing our pool deck, leveling out a steep paver driveway, and various other items. As we closed out the project, Artin brought very knowledgeable resources to explain how to use the new equipment and plumbing and someone who could maintain the pool. Overall, we were extremely pleased with Babylon Pools. All the work was executed with quality and done the right way. We could not have asked for a better experience and have already recommended to our friends. We would recommend to anyone. Thank you so much for all the work and a wonderful pool!
Working with Artin at Babylon Pools was a fantastic experience. His attention to detail and guidance resulted in a beautiful remodel. The crews that executed the remodel were very professional and efficient. I highlyrecommend Babylon to anyone looking to either build a pool or remodel an existing one.
Our pool was in miserable shape, with a major leak and seriously outdated plumbing. Artin and his crew did an outstanding job locating the problem, demoing the old plumbing and plaster, replied with PVC and replastered to a perfect finish. You cannot go wrong with Babylon
