The service has been exceptional. I have an older pool and equipment and I have had several breakdowns of my equipment. Repairs have been prompt and reasonable.
I highly recommend Billy Bass, Eric and staff.

I called several other pool repair businesses, but Billy was the only one who got back to me promptly. He repaired my Hayward sand filter Vari-Flow XL valve at a reasonable price. I won’t use anyone else for pool repairs.
Definitely recommend this business. I called other companies and I never heard back from them and they had poor customer service. Billy was responsive and really cared about my concerns. He came out the same day to give me an estimate. My Polaris wasn’t working anymore as well as my pool pump timer/switch. They came by the every next day and took care of all of that for me!! Not to mention I haven’t cleaned my pool in a month and there were so many leaves and debris in it. Billy and his crew were out of here in about an hour and the pool looks amazing and ready to swim in. Just in time for the weekend and this wonderful weather! I highly recommend them!
Billy with Belles is AMAZING. We recently moved from FL to IL and had to have our pool cleaned for the new owners. He was able to do it all without us there and communicating via text and through our realtor. He was amazing, great customer service and was extremely helpful. He was the only one who responded when we called several companies about getting the pool cleaned. I would highly recommend them!
