   We’ve been using Blue Tide for a year now and Justin and his team have been fantastic. The customer service is consistently above and beyond. Justin is a great communicator and is super flexible about adjusting service dates around our vacations and pool parties. He’s honest about pricing and parts and never tries to upsell — he truly just wants you to get the best deal. He’s also incredibly patient and kind with our dogs, even though our yorkie is a menace. Our pool is always sparkling clean and the prices are very reasonable. I’d recommend Justin to anyone looking for excellent service and a genuinely nice, trustworthy pool guy.

   Justin has earned a five star rating as owner/operator of his pool service company, Blue Tide Swimming Pool Service & Repair, over the 10 years that he’s provided the servicing of my pool personally, and/or trained and overseen his pool service tech employees with high standards for excellence in performance.
   When equipment fails or wears out, he personally ensures it’s repaired or replaced or, when necessary, he contracts work out using his network of experts in the field of equipment maintenance and repair.
   Yesterday, I reported an issue and he made sure to swing by and fix it after doing his route.
   He’s dedicated, honest, highly experienced, friendly, professional, courteous and most importantly, he sets a high bar for excellence in every area of pool maintenance needs.
   I absolutely recommend Justin Deeds for all your pool service needs!
