   I just had to share my remarkable experience with Blue Water. To say it was a rollercoaster of emotions would be an understatement. Let me start by giving a hands-down 5-star review with absolutely ZERO inflation.

   This review isn’t about the fantastic monthly cleaning service I’ve been enjoying with them (which deserves its own glowing review, as you can see from my post six months ago). No, this is all about the recent repair service I had them handle. It didn’t exactly start off on the right foot. The technician, unfortunately, didn’t realize he was missing a cap after cutting my intake pipe. This led to my pool draining down to the bottom of the skimmer – over a thousand gallons of water – just before a major freeze that evening. Yikes! You can imagine my frustration.

   At that moment, I couldn’t reach the technician because I was heading to the airport. But hang in there with me, because the story gets much better. The General Manager, Charnell Lucich, reached out to assure me everything would be taken care of. She and the technician ensured my pool and pump were ready for the freeze, and she kindly offered to compensate me for the lost water. OK, good.

   However, upon landing, I received an email stating that I had off-market equipment and that they would need to replace it and provide a new quote for the work and parts. At this point, I was ready to call my lawyers but wait – it gets even better. I called Charnell, and she was incredibly patient despite my short and snappy comments. She explained the situation, and I shared my frustration about the previous GM who had worked on the pump and piping. After verifying my records with the company (quickly I might add), Charnell took full responsibility for the past mistakes of the other GM and comped me for the entire repair and pump. WOW! What a professional company with such integrity and kindness.

   I am committed to staying with Blue Water for as long as they’ll have me, and I hope Charnell’s exemplary customer service and attitude permeate throughout the entire staff. To sum it all up – WOW. If you choose another company for your pool needs, you’ll regret it. Trust me, it took me trying five companies in San Antonio to find Blue Water, and although there were shortcuts taken a few years ago that I wasn’t aware of, they took full responsibility once discovered.

   My vote is wholeheartedly for Blue Water!

   We used BlueWater Pools for our weekly pool maintenance in the past, and honestly, they were great. Their service is quick, precise, and specific. Their communication is open, honest and transparent, letting us know when the pool tech would come to our property a day ahead, and whenever the agenda needed to be adjusted. Thanks BPPS, keep those waters Blue!
